I love bettering my body. I often do exercises in the evening, it just gets me ready and sets me up for the remainder of the day.
I buy a lot of healthy food, I just will not put any fastfood in my system anymore, it says no to anything unhealthy.
On top of that I really take good care of my skin, which is an area that was an issue for me not to long ago. I was having a lot of skin deformaties. This became a great affect on my self-esteem, but I just now healed it.
